Winter Dragon - Dracopedia Challenge

Some weeks ago, i found out a contest about winter dragons, and, how coudl i not partecipate?!

So here it is, my icy-dragon, made all with photoshop (this is my second or third attempt to a completly digital painting with no pencil drawing!!!).
